Lets take a scroll back in memory lane to the year of 2010 , i was a 14 year old pre teen going through a whole lot of awkward self adapting and discovery phases , and those were like worst of the worse things i could possibly go through at that time but little did i know that i was the edge of losing someone who've been the strong figure throughout my whole 14 year old life . The person i've always thought of as the pillar of my strength was under the knife . My father was told by his cardiologist that he was in need for a bypass surgery . As devastating it was for him to handle the news , it was for us too . Chances of my father surviving without the bypass surgery was apparently low and knowing how highly the expenditure were going to be just for the surgery added up to our worries . With all the struggles and the hassles my family and i had to go through . We were downright grateful that my father made it through his surgery . My father heavy heartedly had to coughed up nearly RM80k to pay up to the private hospital for his surgery and during that time , any medical insurance and so forth was vaguely introduced to us . It could have been somehow smooth sailing for all us , if only my family and i weren't that ignorant to acknowledge the importance of having an insurance medical card and maybe we were a tad bit incredulous about the idea of owning an insurance medical card . On the contrary it would totally be beneficial to my father and definitely cover the full amount of his bypass surgery . Anyhow the reason of me allowing you to catch glimpse of one of my bitter memories is because now i want you to be crsytal clear about the neccessaties of owning a medical card and think ahead of the future , the possibilites of what unfortunate events that can happen . You know how the saying goes " An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure ". But now , syukur Alhamdulillah i finally have my own medical card from Ammetlife takaful incase if im in need of medical attention .

Well , this is so weird . After leaving this lovely blog for quite ages to rot by itself . And now i suddenly feel like reviving it all over again .

Anyway , Hi !

So lately i've been receiving a lot of compliments about my blog and they also suggest me to write more about my beauty tips and tricks . Honestly , i do not have any tricks or tips for beauty . AT ALL . But in this post i'll share about my makeup routine . Well , basically not an everyday routine . ONLY when i feel like wearing makeup macam ala hijabster . You know what i mean here ?

STEPS

1) Firstly , i'll apply my all time favourite tint moisturiser , Fresh Glow by Burberry . And then i'll apply my super duper awesome primer which is POREfessional face primer by Benefit . I usually apply this before foundation/cc cream/ bb cream.
2)To buff in my foundation/ cc cream / bb cream , my go to brush recently has been the flat kabuki brush which is super duper soft buffing brush which suits my skin so damn well . Ima sucker for kabuki brushes .
3) For the eyes, I've found the best palette so far is showstopper clay palette by Tarte . Containing six colours of eyeshadows , one blusher , one contour and one highlighter . The eye shadows are so pigmented , i tell ya .
4)I'll skip powders because i really hate it . It makes me feel like i have 100 layers of makeup on my face . So i usually let my foundation dries up a little bit and then i'll apply my favourite 101 contour by sephora :)
5) For eyebrows - Tarte eyebrow gel in the code medium brown
6) Maybelline have recently released a new mascara which has blown me away like crayzaaayh. The Maybelline Magnum Barbie Mascara aims to thicken lashes and curls them with a synthetic brush . A few layers of this awesome mascara leaves me with thick lashes like those arab girls in Sharjah , lelz. I have found that this is the perfect dupe for Better Than Sex .
7) My all time favourite lipstick from Burberry , Lip cover Sepia in the code number 12 ! A swipe of this product is enough to cover op your lips . It leaves a glossy effect and makes your lips even sexier :p . I also apply this on my cheeks .

So basically this picture above was taken on Hafiz's ( hallie's boyfriend ) surprise birthday last few days . You know , i've gained so much weight since end of last year . My cheeks are getting bigger than ever . But somehow it doesnt look so bad in this picture . Maybe it shrank a bit in the car before i went to the surprise birthday ? Or maybe its just the angle ..

Well , today is the third week of february . And fyi , i had a pretty bad time last week . But it wasn't that bad actually , hahaha . I've been living for 20 years and please that was totally nothing to me . Let me tell you one thing , by exposing your happy life it will invite so many heartless and brainless haters . No one will jumps and claps happily for you , trust me . ( Not to forget , to my FRIENDS . Thanks for your never ending love and support of course ) . Whatever you do nice or bad you will get people hating you . Bear in mind that there's no point of opening and sharing someone's privacy/aib with everyone . It shows your actual character of stupidity . Please try to be sincerely happy for others not just " i know how you feel qamar , she is stupid just forget about her already . i love you qamar . you're pretty qamar . you're lucky for having syafiq as your boyfriend . qamar lepak lets ? " but inside " kita rasa qamar insecure dengan awak . i don't like qamar . i wonder why they're still together tho " .Well , these humans are worse than the ones who tell you straight up that they hate you . PLEASE . Just pray for people's happiness because when you do so , He will give you the same or maybe more than that . If not in this world , maybe He will repay you in the afterlife . Who knows kan ? Jangan putus doa .

Those people who are currently in the same situation as me , coat your heart with sabr . And now , let's try to be sincerely happy for others k ? :)

P/s : You know what was the funniest part ? The girl came up to me and said she was sorry . Hahaha , alhamdulillah :P ( forgive but never forget )
